Is the new SCT livewire worth the extra cost over the Xcal 2?

POWER RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! The SCT LIVEWIRE Flash Device arrives PRE-LOADED to your door with several of SCT's DYNO Proven Tunes designed for your Mustang along with a Fuel Economy tune. These Dyno Proven Tunes are designed to increase Horsepower and Torque, plus increase throttle response across the entire power-band.

COMPLETE CUSTOM TUNING! Our custom tunes created in SCT's Advantage 3 software deliver all of the benefits of the pre-loaded tunes plus ensure all of your modifications are working together to give you the most possible horsepower, torque, and gas mileage. If your Mustang is no longer stock and outside of the relm of the pre-loaded tunes, or if you just want to completely maximize the power of your bolt-ons, the LIVEWIRE holds up to 3 custom tunes and/or dyno tunes without loosing any of the pre-loaded tuning capabilities!

COMPLETE DATA LOG DEVICE! Want to data log your vehicle’s Air / Fuel Ratio or Boost Pressure? No problem! LIVEWIRE also features high speed USB data logging of multiple OBD-II PCM parameters, a dedicated wideband air/fuel monitoring port, the ability to datalog an additional analog signal, and real-time instrumentation. You can easily configure the LIVEWIRE display screen to show important information at a glance (*Air / Fuel Ratio, *Boost, Spark Advance).

VIRTUALLY PREDICT DYNO AND TRACK RESULTS! Measuring your Mustang’s HP, TQ, 0-60 ET, ¼ Mile ET and Fuel Mileage has never been easier. LIVEWIRE accurately estimates* your vehicle’s performance based on data monitored from the vehicle’s computer. Now you can easily measure performance gains before and after you make vehicle modifications, plus monitor your fuel economy!

READ/CLEAR DTC CODES! Read and clear trouble codes without expensive trips to the dealership and mechanic to instantly find out what is wrong with your car.

BUILT-IN SHIFT LIGHT! LIVEWIRE lets you know exactly when to shift your Mustang with it's built-in high intensity yellow LED shift light. A high intensity red LED alerts you when your car goes out of its user determined ranges.

All you need is the wiring for the wideband a/f meter. It's ready to hook up, just like any gauge, but comes with so much more.

I'm not so sure it's worth getting if you already have the xcal 2, or if you already have all the gauges you want. But if you're like me, and have none of this, it's a very attractive product.

Well, I ended up ordering the Xcal 2 from MPH. I also ordered RPM outlets Throttle Body & Plenum Kit for $200. How hard is it too get the stock intake tube too fit over a 75mm throttle body? I hope to see some nice gains with the Xcal and the kit. Next is the gears then cams.
