SCT Livewire communication issue

Hey everyone, I recently bought a SCT Livewire TS system for my 1998 Cobra. I was able to upload the included tune, but when I go to Gauges/Datalog, my car is not listed. Also the VIN number under Vehicle Info is wrong? Any idea what the issue could be? I've updated the system from the SCT website, and they're not answering their phones over the weekend.

If vin doesn't match it needs to be unlocked by sct. Usually costs around 100.
