Would anyone who datalogs with their lm1 be interested in talking to me over the phone on how to use this damn thing? I thought I had figured it out but obviously I didn't.

My problem now is the rpm adapter I think. Yesterday it was the whole downloading the datalogging thing to the laptop but I figured that out. Now the graphs start at about 5-6k and go off the charts it's not accurate at all. Just wondering if re-setting up the rpm converter will help?

how did you set it up in the first place? by holding the rpms at 2k or by using the speaker system on your computer?

I used the 2k method, I've been talking back and forth with dagger and he suggests do coil the solid copper around the coil and hook it up that way. I try that and see what happens.

ya, there should be a cable that allows you to plug the rpm converter to the pc sound output.
