I am going to need a tune on my cobra once the new motor goes in. I would love to take it to KK in portland, but that is logistically very tough, due the fact i have to take time off work, load it on a trailer, tow it down and back(3 hours each way). Is there anywhere local to hermiston/kennewick that can handle this, and has a decent rep around the mustang world. I posted this in the 94-95 section on accident, if anyone sees it there, dont think i did that on purpose

Might be worth your time to take it to KK. Better to have a good safe tune than to have some other unknown shop do it for you and risk blowing your car up.

Hey man, never got a response back from you. There is a bunch of SVT guys in Herm and in the Tri you can get ahold of through either my dad since he is a member of SVTOA or through the crappiest lot in the world Russ Dean in Pasco. They all take their cars to Yakivegas and or there is a diesel shop with a dyno in Pasco that will let you use the dyno if you can find someone that knows how to tune. Other than that you know you options...

I would bring it up to KK, the AFP/ Blue Oval guys are really good too. Those guys know what they are doing, plus getting a good tune is most important. A bad tune could mean a lot more time and money if the engine blows.

All Ford Performance/Blue Oval (AFP= engine work, BO= parts and tuning).

AFP/BO wont be much closer than KK, RRev, Torque Freaks, or Wongs. AFP/BO gets my vote.

I knew I forgot to mention something....

We're all down here in Vancouver/Portland area.

RRev- Jantzen Beach
AFP/BO- just off St John Blvd in Vancouver
Torque Freaks- off Marine Drive I believe, Portland
Wong's- Highway 99 in Hazel Dell
KK- off Burnside, Portland

good luck man, probably wasnt much help, since theyre all at least 3 hours away.
