Local gas tank repair/work??

Not many if any people will do this anymore, but I need my steel gas tank worked on. I will need the top taken off, some baffling installed and then resealed up. It has had fuel in it. I can rinse it out a bunch with water to get the gas rinsed out, but most places will not even look at it.

Is there anyone you folks know that does this work??
