Long tube install write up

Got my BBK long tubes in and took the time to do a write up for others. For those wanting to install long tubes and are looking for a technical write up without the removal of the K-member, see attachment. Hope this helps and gives you and idea of what to expect. And for those that sent me a few tips prior to my adventure of 4.6 long tube install, thanks again!!

I actually looked at your web site a few times for tips. Its a great web site. I agree, a few times I thought about pulling the K member off, but doing the job mostly myself I didn't want that thing falling on my head, it looks pretty heavy??? I don't know maybe your right. But a few guys don't take it off and there isn't a wirte up for it. I would love to take pictures but you'll only see the one side on the drivers side and from from underneath.
CottonB, with the drop you did on your car, any issues with header clearance?
