Lt headers 4.6 can I install with engine out

Got a 4.6 2001 mustang gt gonna put long tube headers I pulled engine out with tranny can I install it altogether without removing k member ?

I would say NO. I also think it would be a really tight fit with a stock K-member trying to get the correct angle.

Well... Since the engine is already out, why would you not hang the headers and hardware, [finger tight] so that you could gauge that for yourself on the way in?

3 bolts on each side should do. If it looks like it's going to work...

On a side note: The rule of thumb is that you don't [tighten] until all the hardware is in place and you're certain it's going to fit.
