hey gt89mustang....im sorry i dont remember that far back it was like 4 months ago when i did it....im not even sure if the stage 8 locking bolts come in different sizes for the small blocks....sorry i couldnt help
I HAVE MAC 1 3/4 FULL LENGTH HEADERS ON MINE THEY WEREN'T THAT BAD TO GO ON. THE WORSE PART WAS YOU HAD TO REMOVE THE PASSENGER SIDE MOTOR MOUNT.IN MY CASE I HAVE AN AOD AND I DID NOT HAVE THAT MANY CHOICE'S. IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN I WOULD OF WENT WHIT HOOKER HEADERS. THE ARE A VERY GOOD FIT. BUT AT THE TIME THEY WERE ON BACK ORDER FOR LIKE 3 MONTHS.
I'm really surprised more people don't have hooker headers or they just might not be speaking up. just got a set of them for my 88 so we'll see how it goes
