Longtubes and EGR

Im about ready to install my MAC longtubes and have come across a few horror stories concerning the EGR and fitment. Will deleting the EGR make the install easier?

Installing the EGR on any 4.6 is "interesting" to say the least, usually you have to bend the EGR tube to properly meet the new set-up. I wouldn't delete the EGR as that will cause you other issues unless you tune for it, the EGR actualy isn't that bad when it works properly.
