Wonder if they would take a trade for my 01 GT.

Unless you've really got a hard on for an early Mod Motor Cobra, you're probably further ahead keeping your GT at this point with all of the mods you've got.

That's not even a particularly good price in this market. I'd keep what you have.

I think the price is fair, especially with the low miles.

Honestly I was looking at 96-98 Cobras earlier aswell and found some nice deals within about 200 miles.

For what it's worth, they would probably try to trade you straight out. New Edge cars suck at holding their value.

If you were to get that car, I'd buy it and then sell your GT private party and get the most out of it that you can, which will likely be more than trade in value.

However... I'd keep the GT. Your car is pretty bad ass and your plans for it are going to make it even better, and with that Cobra you are starting fresh.

Seriously? lol.

Go find me a Cobra in that kind of shape with that mileage for $3k less and I'll pull a kidney out tonight, and pick the car up tomarrow.

? You're high.

Seriously though. That is a great price for one with that low miles! Shes just a baby! Besides all the mods you have on your GT can be taken off and put on the Cobra too

KBB value on that car is only $7,385 (private party value) with that mileage and rated as being in excellent shape. Given the current economy very little to anything other than economy cars are selling near book value. So it's not unreasonable at all to think you could find one in the $6k range.
