saleen SC are very good choice. you are getting the whole kit, right? i would get an upgraded fuel pump also like a GT500 one if you are aiming for more than 400 rwhp. the kits from brenspeed have a great reputation.

Red light district...

I like the Kits Brenspeed sells. They take the basic intercooled saleen kit and adds useful items to it. Plus they include a tune with it. Do you have any mods (CAI, tune)?

Car is currently stock, 5-speed, 3:55s, I would like 400+ at the wheels. Saleen complete kit, intercooler, cold air kit, 39lb injectors....

Yes. Buy and then Ship it to a Address I will give you in Miami FL.

Other than that, its a vey solid setup, and I know Brenspeed does a very good tune with those.

My personal suggestion would be a Brenspeed kit, either stage two or three, Mustang Saleen Superchargers

When I talked to Brenspeed they mentioned something about a Saleen tune that they had to send out for. I guess that may be a issue. or perhaps not. I would guess that saleen could send that tune to whoever has the charger ?

I would say, with the right tools, you could do this in a few days. It's a bit more involved than replacing an intake manifold. There is a bit more work with installing the intercooler system, but that should be fairly plug&play. You will probably need an extra set of hands when putting the supercharger in, as it's pretty heavy to lift on your own. There are also some wiring mods required.

Here's the install manual, they do suggest taking off the front bumper.

I feel I should mention that it's worth while to check out the Whipple and KB units too. Both are solid. I really think it's a coin toss between the three, if you like the more conservative look of the Saleen, or the more aggressive look of the exposed blower in Whipple and KB.

People say that the Whipple and KB units have a higher overall headroom, but unless you have a built bottom end you won't be able to use it. Supposedly the Saleen runs out of room at 14 PSI, where the other two will head upwards of 18-20 PSI, on the stock bottom end you wont see any of those (at least not for long).

Max, Yes 5 speed manual love it so far .I can't say that I know anyone personally who has used Dwayne but if was going to do a serious mod like that I would go and check out his shop and get a feel for him have always seemed to get better feedback from a face to face than a web page , Gives you an excuse to take a ride in the Mustang. There was another shop mentioned on this site about 2 weeks ago I believe they are located in Newark some of the members of this site were speaking very highly of them they are connected to a dealership in Newark so perhaps that would make you more comfortable.

Mate of mine has a Saleen blower. Very happy with. He has stock motor, trans, rear etc, so no crazy boost. He's pulling 11.6 in the 1/4 with DRs with a pretty basic tune
