Looking at 94 GT Vert any advice?

Hey guys going out to look at a GT that's local and was just looking for any bad spots to look for and if this sounds reasonable. Its a 94 5spd, all power, Mach 460 69k miles. The owner is asking $6200 and has has it 12 years now. Only mods are pullies and flowmasters. Here are some pics, let me know your thoughts.

to much look at the kelly blue book value tell him 5,500

offer 4800 and drive it away like a scalded dog if he takes it.
hell I only paid 6k for my Cobra 7 years ago with lil under 100k

edmunds.com true market value (VERY ACCURATE IN MY EXPERIENCE) lists this car as being worth $2757 private party or $4308 dealer....

personally I would try to talk price... also no disrespect for the teal, but you do realize that is a teal car right???

Looks great and mileage is low, but the asking price is just far too much.

very clean looking car,but asking price is a little high. i just bought my 94 3 weeks ago and got it for $3300 and they were asking 5 grand for it. i put the bullitts and tail lights on it,but it had flowmasters,4.10 and a shift kit in it when i bought it. good luck!
