It the wrong part number. I just looked at it and the one they have is
e9zz-17685-b witch is the power one i need the manual one. o'well the search
contitues. Thanks alot man for tring to help a brother out.

Johns mustangs shows the part number and says its non pwer but It dosent say if they have it.
There is a phone number at the top of the page. Worth a call.
