I need to find a single-groobe V-belt alternator pulley WIHOUT the fan on it. I am converting my 3G alternator from it's serpentine belt to a V-belt. So far, the only pulleys I can find are 5in "overdrive" pulleys. I want a stock diameter pulley with no fan as the fan on the alternator is internal. Anyone know where to find one?

Geez, I posted the same question a few weeks ago and got squat...but I need a twin groove pulley to match the water pump and crank.

I'm probably going to have to have the old pulley machined to fit the new alt. The shaft diameter is right, but the pully is thicker in the center and not dished on the back to clear the alternator housing.

I'm north of LA in Santa Clarita...

It'd be great if I could get that, you're probably much cheaper than the machine shop

I didn't have a chance to look through my parts today. We had an employee flake out and I had to help cover (It was fun to say YOUR FIRED! though). I will definately look tomorrow and post pics by tomorrow afternoon.

any stock ford v groove pulley should work. the fan is not part of the pulley. Ive used the stock 66 pullet, boss 302 pulley and aluminum pulley on the 130 amp alts.
