If aftermarket, you would have to order the proper height on the springs anyways.
Don't do a stock spring setup from something with mustang II - just upgrade.

There was an extensive thread on the mustang II swap last year. More searching should pull it up.
With regards to ride height the R&C MII kit allows you to adjust the height 2". With the drop spindles the lowest setting is very low. I set mine to the highest setting and it's probably 2" lower than stock.
