I posted a thread a few days ok about my 69 Mach 1 M Code being basically an all numbers matching car (Engine, FMX Trans, etc.). Now i realize my car is not a Boss our a 428 CJ however, I was wanting to keep it pretty much the way it was in 69. The only thing I wanted to do is put the T-5 in it. I have bought a lot of the stuff to do the swap from modern driveline, i have the T-5 all rebuilt painted up with the bell housing 157 tooth 28oz flywheel etc. My question is, should I just rebuild the VIN # matching FMX and leave it an automatic? I plan to never sell the FMX, but just can't decide what to do. Any advice?
