im looking into building the bottom end in my 99 cobra. i have finally figured out what has been going on with my motor. i have been told by a very trusting mechanic friend who specializes in hummers and cadillacs that my rings are drying out. after doin some tests that he suggested thats the conclusion he came to. so i am looking at building the bottom end while im replacing rings. so who has the best deals on a full rotating assembly prefferably forged? or who knows of someone that has a used 03/04 rotating assembly that is in good shape. thanks guys
