Get him to 12 to 13 for it and it would be about at the market average. Remember this car is 5 years old already, and charging extra for "painted stock wheels" and a decent set of tires is complete BS. Make them an offer and walk away if they say no.

BTW it looks lowered as well.

ya i can talk them down because my friend bought a car there awhile ago and i looked at it then and wanted it and that was like 3 or 4 months ago.

Car looks clean, but i'd never pay that much for it. I only paid slightly more for my 04, with only 18k miles on it.
