Loose 25lbs dead weight!!

Does anyone have pics of the 25lb weight that is on convertable mustangs on passenger side fenderwell, I have looked for mine but could not see it,

That weigh tis their to control NVH (noise/vibration/harshness). I wouldn't remove it even if you do find it.

You know, I couldnt find it in my car either. I dont know if thats just in the 94-95 or what! I have looked up in there, and havent seen anything. Mine is a 98, and I dont even know if I have that supposed 25 lb dead weight. Anyway, subscribing.

There was one in my 94 but not in my 98. I think they only did them in the 94's and 95's. I removed the one in my 94 and there were no disadvatanges to speak of.

I read in another forum that a guy with a 98 removed one from his car, I don't know if it is hidden or not. I plan on looking again when I get it on a lift, anyone with pictures please post them
