i had a force II catback put on a good while ago, coming up on a year. and there has been a wierd rattling coming from the back passengers side of my car for a while now. today while idling i was walking to my car and i heard it, (it only really does it at idle, or bogged down below 1k) and i looked between my rear bumper cover and wheel and saw it rattling up and down a little. they didnt weld my mufflers on, they used the clamp, and i havent looked under my car further. waht can fix it?

First, I'd try loosening the clamp and repositioning the tail pipe away from whatever it's rattling against. Even welded, pipes can make noise if they're too close to some other part of the car. My exhaust has to be positioned juuuuuuuust right to keep it from making noises.

The other option is toclearance your exhaust and get rid of the rubber hangers and going to solid ones. That'll reduce exhaust movement to a minimum. Still have to be properly clearanced though.

Andy is right on. Dont forget to check where the tailpipe goes over the axle - it's not uncommon for the pipe to hit the frame rail there. I wont post my shadetree band-aid fix for that. :p

Good luck.
