I have been lurking for a few months, joined today. I have a used 1999 3.8l convertable purchased from a friend of mine.

I noticed after a few trips that I was loosing anitfreeze. I would refill and the tank would go down again. I started watching it and found on some trips water would pour out under the engine, and some trips it wouldn't. I did a pressure test and it held pressure. New cap, refilled, bled, etc. and it is still loosing it. I did notice during the times I could see it running out the heater would not blow hot. When it was blowing hot I was not loosing AFrz.

It is very hard to see the heater hose assembly to look for a problem there.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
