Well yeah, it's obviously overlap causes the sound - but no one rating tels you this. Duration and LSA are just averages or averages of averages. Those two ratings just give you a glimpse of how the cam behaves. Go on youtube to figure out what you want, but I wouldn't go over stage II like V-8 is saying; getting cams for the sound in general I wouldn't advise, but at least stick to one that wont give you problems.
I don't think any of those cams work too well with boost, and the pistons would need to be fly-cut or have a huge dish for 2 of them. But lopey they areI only say do the monster cams if going high boost with extensive headwork and forged internals.![]()

Yes, they are $550 but you get $100 core charge back for your stockers. They are stock regrinds.
I generally don't like regrinds, but anyplace that pays you $100 for used NPI cams is okay in my book, lol. I wish i could just mail em mine and get a hundoCobraRed_96_GT

Yeah. Exhaust, tune, idle all dictate it. Vids of a car pre-tune don't help much. And a low idle can cause surging or dieing with cams.what i dont get is, on youtube you type in the cam, and on some cars its loper then the next, but same car and cam..... could it be mayb the idle is lower on one, the lower the idle the more lope to right?
