Ok about a month ago... I started loosing power...anything under 2500 rpm I got nothing but a shaky motor. I have to give it about 1/4 throttle before it will even move. It will not idle it at most lights...my gas milage has gone down to about 7 mpg. I have put on a new coil, sprak plug wires, fuel filter, X-pipe and still no change(the X-pipe makes it sound better but no idle change) I am not sure what to do next...kind of running out of money and do not want to keep replacing the wrong items...someone else said it could be my fuel regulator? is that it or could it be my distributor...the mufflers are being replaced with Borla(just in case...he he)
any Ideas?

I did check all of thoes and they all seem to be ok...now I did "clean" my MAF with some electrical cleaner...but I already had the problem before I did that....did I forget to mention that it is hard to start sometimes...and it is a 95 GT....if that matters

Does it have a check engine light? If so, go to autozone and have them read the code, they do it for free.

have you inspected your plugs? that could tell you if it's running too rich etc. maybe the gap is wrong.

Check cap and rotor for moisture. Check fuel pressure at idle. stock I think was around 28-32 with vaccuum line on. Check voltage at TPS, should be around .98 volts.

If you have stock fuel rails you will use the Schraeder valve on the passanger side fuel line, towards the front of the car. Connect a fuel pressure guage to it.

Don't think so, you just need to have the ignition in the run position so you get fuel pressure.
