Loss of power?

Alritey... I have a 2001 v6 with a manual transmission. I went out of town for a week and it was running just fine. I get back a few days ago and I've noticed it feels like i lost some of the little power I had. When I go to take off, i have to give it a lot of gas to keep the rpms up and even then when I release the clutch fully, my rpms drop to between 800 and 1 then it takes off. Any ideas? I'd appreciate the help!
