Lots of Mods....HP Guesses?

Over the next two weeks I will be doing a lot of work to my brother-in-laws 89 5.0. In January I put a SQ S-Trim, C&L 80mm, and 42s on it. Otherwise it is completely bone stock. The car made 305RWHP and 334RWTQ. What do you guys think she will make at the wheels with this long list of parts.
Here are the parts:

180* thermostat
Perma Cool Electric Fan
ASP 7.25" Crank Pulley
UPR Boost Master Pipe
Crane Cams HI-6s ignition
SFI Approved Damper
Timing chain set
65mmThrottle Body
Professional Products Typhoon intake
1.7 Roller Rockers
Steeda #19 Cam
Air Flow Research 165cc 60cc Heads
MAC shorty headers
Magnaflow stainless X with cats
Magnaflow stainless Cat-back
Main Girdle
Melling standard volume oil pump
ARP oil pump driveshaft
SPEC Stage II Clutch
New World Class T5

When I get it all together and breakin the clutch I will take it to the dyno to tune it and I will post the results.

I'd go with a 70mm TB at least and use BBK single flange headers. They won't warp bad like the MAC ones Do. Sounds like a good combo though.

I'll second that, and do some cleanup work on the runners on the Typhoon, they are pretty rough and definitely a gasket match to the heads, mine needed it for sure when I put mine on, but it was still worth the savings over the name brand stuff.

The outlet on the Vortech is 63mm and so is the discharge tube throughout its length. Using a 65mm TB will keep the flow transition smooth and velocity constant. The 70MM TB will act as a diffuser dropping pressure and slowing the flow, bigger is not always better.

I will take a look at the intake runners when I get the intake thanks for the heads up.

Sorry about that. I forgot he was even running the blower. Stick with the 65.

The intake came yesterday and it looks pretty good out of the box. It looks to me like there was some cleaning done at the factory. I will have to check the gasket match.
