my fuel pump is SUPER loud but my friends 98 u can barely hear. heres a vid listen

Don't sweat it.

Its priming the system when you turn the key over before the car comes on. You can't even hear it after its running in the video.

Your car sounds sick...

thanks there just aint nuthin like them flowpaths. anyway ive never heard another mustang with a fuel pump that loud before starting. im sure its nothing tho

It depends on the car.

I've heard a few that sound like that and they are stock pumps, some you don't even hear.

Mine makes a little noise but it still works fine.

Yeah, I have the same noise...my mechanic said its normal...riding hard everyday...
