A v6 and GT are the same as far as this goes...

Quarter window louvers? or did you mean Rear window louvers?

if you put the louvers on with 3m tape can you please explain the process, ie do you just clean the are and press it on? Any help appreciated.

Yes, mine came with enough 3M trim tape to go around the perimeter of the louver piece. Then just clean the glass with alcohol. and carefully place and press.

That's all there is to it. They come with instructions, and it is really simple to do.
