Skip the u/d pulleys, especially if you plan to add a supercharger later. The 4.10 gears will make a big difference. They don't add horsepower but they put you in the power range quicker. Some might suggest that 4.10s are too steep for a supercharger. Something to think about. Beyond that, work on intake and exhaust mods. For the intake, I'd recommend the Accufab 75 mm tb and plenum. For the exhaust, I'd recommend Hooker LT headers and o/r x-pipe. I gained 23 rwhp with just these exhaust mods. The intake and exhaust mods should give you the power to get into the low 13s. You will still need to put the power to the ground. To hook up, you will need suspension mods, such as, LCAs, UCAs, and performance struts/shocks. Drag radials should also help you to hook up. At the track, be sure to lower the air pressure in the rear tires. The last thing that you can do is reduce the weight of your car. Removing the spare tire and jack can eliminate 32 lbs. Removing the rear seat can save 46 lbs. Since gas weighs about 8 lbs per gallon, you can remove 98 lbs by running a 1/4 tank of gas. Finally, I would echo all the other advice: practice, practice, practice.
