low end miss with power loss

i have a 95 cobra conv. i have a low end miss with power loss. and can not find it.the car quit on me so i put a pick up coil on it the one in the side the dis did not work so i looked some more and found computer bad the A9l computer so i got a new one form napa and it worked but since then i have a miss low end i have changed plugs and wires no change . is it possible to messes up the pick up in the dis. when i installed it. the computer is a a9l but is there differant ones that are for the 95 only pulling my hair out here help

ummm.. can you try to tell us a little about what mods you have done and how long this has been happening? Clean your MAF, Ohm out your plug wires and check the plugs too .. See if that helps.

95 cobras didnt have the a9l...

i have trick flow heads/cam gt40 uppere and lower pulleys msd 6a and coil 373 rear 70mm throttle body pro m mass air mieter a9l conversion. and this just started the a9l box went bad so i got a new one form napa put it in and has done this ever since i did change the pick up inside the dis. first befor i found the computer being bad and i also changed plugs and wires. i have had this system for like 2 years with no problems this is the first i am thinking the computer might be bad
