I made 308rwhp and 311rwtq before the intake swap.... I have not retuned the car.. I am putting a n/x kit on the car and will redo the motor tune at that timeThe car pulls harder for 4500rpm to 6500rpm with the new intake

No dyno numbers and probably never will be. Dyno numbers mean nothing to me. I estimate I have around 290rwhp and I can beat 03 cobras with the way the car sits now so number dont matter.

The cooling mod is to cool cylinder 7 and 8 so you dont detonate those two.

After the intake in stall I noticed that after 4000rpms it wakes up. My buddy who drives a rsx type s said at 4000rpms it feels like his car does when vtec kicks in. LOL

So would you two recommend the intake to others? Was the power pretty noticeable? Would it compare to longtubes or a dynotune or anything? Or was it something like underdrive pulleys? I am debating buying one so any help is appreciated

You said that you have cams right, do you have ported heads? If all you have is cams the intake would not do much for you..... The main thing for me was i am going to spray the car and did not like the stock intake..I can fell the diff between the stock one and the trickflow but i have heads and take the car to 6500rpm

I highly recommend the trickflow. Seat of the pants difference is like adding 4.10 gears

Just out of curiousity, it looks like the thremostat housing faces a different direction, did you have to use a different upper radiator hose? I have a fixed chrome one that doesn look like it will fit the new angle of the housing.

Here is a pic of all the parts for the intake.. If you look you will see a new 90deg hose and a short pipe next to it... that is how you hook you the upper hose

Yes there would be an increase just not as big. Even a supercharger isn't going to make the power it could if it was slapped on a stock engine. This intake is a mid length runner intake so it will feel like you have les down low but at aroung 4000rpms she really wakes up.
