Why do you want to drop the car that much? I think 1.5 inches in the front is the "sweet spot". Any more than that and you'll scrape everywhere.
about 1.5" drop in the front and 1.25" drop in the rear is the sweet spot. i had Maximum corner weight my mustang for me and they actually raised it a little bit to optimum.
one thing they were telling me is to add camber bolts as well as the camber plates. that allows you to adjust angles between the upright and the dampener so you can fine tune the suspension further.

if your goin drop it the full two inchs look and getting full dampeners! they come fully adjustible with easy installation! if you get the right set they will come with all the camber plates! try tein they might not be cheap but by the time you buy all the stuff you need you will be better off! eibach and edlebrock also offer good kits!

I had a 2" drop with my Eibach Sportlline springs. Your probably going to scrape on the inside of the front fender (that plastic wheel-well) I had to shave some of it down so I didn't scrape.
Aside from that, I have no problem getting around town. Sometimes my exhaust scrapes, but very rarely. CC plates and a good stiff set of shocks will help a LOT.
You can get by without them for a while, but not for long... the inside of your front tires will dissipate and your stock shocks will go bad pretty quick.
Also, DONT forget to transfer the stock rubber peices from your stock springs (I cant recall what they're called) If you leave them off, your car will drop more than 2".

You may also want to look into a good set of aftermarket struts and shocks, I prefer tokico
My car is dropped 2" and I would highly recommend getting new shocks/struts and c/c plates. I made the mistake of putting the springs on before the c/c plates and struts, so my recommendation would be to do it all at once, and then take it to get aligned. I went with the MM c/c plates and tokico hp's. The ride and handling improved dramatically once it was all on.
