lowering kit for a 1995 GT

As the title say i am going to lower my 1995 GT and have been considering the ford racing kit M-5400-A. comes with shocks, strut, springs, and sway bars.

Is there anything else i should / need to change when i lower it? Also, those horizontal shocks on the rear wheels, what is the specific term for them and where can i get them from?

they are quad-shocks..If I were you I'd go the coil over route

If you are looking to lower your car for the look, probably not the best option. If you are looking for handling, it is hard to beat the price on a complete set like that. This kit only lowered mine 3/4 to 1 inch and that was with a few weeks to allow settling. Put in Eibach pro-kits and got exactly 1.5 inches.

Im thinking about doing the springs but I always here that the ride is not nice.

i just installed intrax lowering springs, and i think the ride actually got smoother. i say go for it
