lowering problems

ok well i lowered my 94 1 1/2 in the front and 2 in the back and now when i hit bumps my grind plate under my oil pan hit the ground has anyone else had anything like this happen to them if so what did you do if i can't fingure anything else out i am just goin to put my old springs back in

Did mine couple weeks ago about the same drop as you and no problems.

i installed a dropzone springs with 1.5 to 2.0 drop with no problems al all. maybe my mufflers hit onece but noe every thing is ok

Thats odd..never heard that one before??? you replace the shocks and struts or are the spanked out???

94stang-lover, you said your trans is bad why don't you just rebuild it?

From my experience, you need to match up your struts and springs. I had 2" drop springs and stock struts and it was aweful. The tokico Mach1 struts/shocks are a good deal and work well with lowering springs.

Mines been dropped a little more than 2" with the Eibach sportlines, no scrapping problems here. Might wanna check those shocks could be bad.
