My brother works at H&R springs and wants to get me lowering springs for Christmas. I read somewhere that it slows down the car by messing up weight distribution if you lower it.

Is that true? Even if you evenly lower it on all sides?

unless they are drag springs they will make your launches harder...making your 60' time worse...
