I am pretty sure the Eibach springs work with them..the way I understand is as long as you arent going much over 2.5" you will be fine jsut so long as your struts and such arent worn completely out..also I think dropzone and maxspeed as well as ford themselves make springs for the stock strut

You can use the Eibach ProKit with 1.5" drop with your stock shocks and struts. H&R also has springs with a similar drop. The Ford "C" Springs drop only 1"-1.25", but they all allow use of the stock shocks and struts. With either you should not have to change shocks, struts or CC plates.

Any spring will "work" with the stock struts and shocks, but the stiffer the spring the less the stock strut/shock will be able to damp it properly. The ride quality and handling won't be as good if the shock can't dampen the spring enough. There is no magic point where it suddenly stops working, it is more of a gradual thing as the springs get stiffer and the car gets lower.
Many people run Steeda sport springs with stock struts and have no problem. But the ride quality would definitely improive with a set of Tokico Illuminas.
Some cars need CC plates even right from the factory. Other cars can be lowerd 1.5 inches and not "need" them. There is a lot of variation in the way the cars are built.

The fact is that the stock struts/shocks are of poor quality when compard to what is available from the aftermarket. You can keep the stock shocks with any lowering springs but you will most likely experience poor performance which will make you dissapointed with the springs.
Very True, I would recommend what I have :
FRPP mach 1 struts and shocks (re-valved tockico HP's)
FRPP "c" Springs
When I bought these I paid 300 for both, Thats only a little more than some of the more expensive springs. One Thing you have to keep in mind though is if you get longtube's down the road dont lower it too much, My springs worked perfect for good header clearence.

All springs work fine with stock struts,and shocks.
I have the eibach sportlines,and ran the stock struts and shocks 2 years in a row,and had ZERO issues on there functionality,aswell as drivability.
I still have the stock shocks in the rear actually.
