All depends on what type of drop you are looking for. If you want something mild with not much change in ride quality, the Eibach pro kit is a good choice. They only lower the car 1.2"-1.5". If you want a more dramatic drop & a bit stiffer ride, H&R super sports would be a great choice. They will lower your stang roughly 1.8"

Either way, I would strongly recommend getting a full set of aftermarket struts/shocks to compliment the drop & stiffer spring rate. Even though your car has low miles, the stock dampers wont last as long with a higher spring rate & lower stance.

Caster camber plates are also a good choice too & will help once you take the car in for an alignment, although they are not an absolute must...

Eibach Pro kits were known to sag quickly over time. H&Rs were never supposed to sag, but after six plus years with H&R SS, they did indeed sag. I'm trying to contact them now about it. My 1-3/4 drop in the front has turned into a 2-1/2" drop... way... too... much...

I bought Eibach Sportlines and they've been good. I'm happy with the look. You really have to be careful on rough roads and getting in and out of parking lots and similar things...

lol same here, i even left the isolators out. and my car also leans to the left about 1/2 inch in the front, noticed it after the spring install, even took the car back apart to see if i put them in wrong, but didnt, maybe my car just leans? dunno if its the springs or my car was like that to begin with

For reference, it's just under 7" from the ground to my chin spoiler. From the center of my door to the ground is a touch over 6".

What springs is all personal preference, as already noted by others. Search around and read up on how particular springs ride/feel. Also, use the google images search. It will give you plenty of pics to look at to help decide how much of a drop you want.

Also, if you really want to do it right, CC plates and shocks/struts would be a good idea.

I have sportlines on the mach and they aren't kidding when they say you have to watch what you drive over. If you want just a little drop try and run down a set of take off Mach 1 springs, i think they are about .5 inch lower than a GT.

Here's the mach with sportlines in the front and stock rear springs.

Agreed. I got the Sportlines, and was happy with how the car sat. Problem is, I had issues with going up certain inclines and potholes. Lots of parts rubbing that shouldn't.
