Lt Headers

I'm talking about in time of excessive use it goes out. As far as it physicaly banging against something I would just have to be careful. I was just wondering if it's possible for them to get over used just like mufflers go out after a crazy amount of time, don't know how much just have heard it has happended. If this thread is insanely dumb as hell, please ignore, but don't flame. Gracias :D

Well, theoretically they can wear out, I guess. The metal is a lot thinner than an exhaust manifold. I have never heard of one "wearing out" but I guess it could happen over a couple of hundred thousand miles.

I really wouldn't worry about it.

There is the possiblity of headers building up condensation and eventually starting to rust through like a muffler. However, most people get them ceramically coated or with jet-hot coating to prevent this from happening. It's probably worth the extra $100-200, IMO.
