lunati 51014 ?

i will be installing my lunati 51014 cam soon...since its close too the steeda 19 cam will it need too be tuned? my car is at the shop right now getting an sct tune will i have too re tune it for the cam?? i know dumb questions but just wanted too make sure, thanks!

From my expierence with the Steeda 19, I didn't need a tune.

Would a tune help, I am sure it couln't hurt.

With the cam, the car idles fine and pulls hard once you get into the powerband.

I do, however, plan on getting a tune once I get my intake and injectors.

It depends on what u mean by NEED....ur car may run with out a tune....but i can guarantee it wont run as it should, or as good as it would with a tune. I understand people are on tight budgets some time, I feel you!, but to me its like doing a oil change without the filter. (whats the use) if it were not in my budget for a tune id wait till it was in the budget!

dude i agree 100%, the car is being tuned now...but not sure when i will be able too put the cam in that's why i was asking is i get the SCT tune will the cam be ok once its installed.

idealy u would wan the car to be tuned with the cam ur gunna be running..good luck tho man, hope it turns out rite for ya
