I was thinking of putting a LX rear bumper on my GT I would like to put cobra rear on but i can get a LX for free.

Reason is i like the pipes coming out the back instead of the turn downs and i dont like the redneck holes cut in the GT bumper any pics with a GT like this would be great to help make my mind up

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Cobra rear bumper or bust. The LX bumper will look silly with the GT ground effects.

Eh, it doesn't look THAT bad but the Cobra definitely is much much better. I'd honestly rather have an LX bumper on a GT than the GT bumper...that's the gayest Fox body part ever made. Looks like a big girly skirt hanging back there.

The moldings wont match. I don't think it would look terrible, but the moldings will be very very far off...

I never really liked the gt bumper either why they just didn't use the cobra on all gt's is beyond me. The LX has the pipes showing and i love that.

You cant put a LX bumper on your car, you wont have as much room for the 137 Ford emblems.

Lets line that UPS truck up then. Be a remake of Baileyton in my 89.
Or hell, Lets see whose motor can hold more nitrous.
