Do a search on here for the writeup on the aod to t-5 conversion. That will give you a comprehensively list and detailed instructions for the whole process man.
If swapping from a 4 cylinder to a 5.0 the k members are the same, but engine mounts are different. You will also need to swap out the fuel line and brake lines running to the back of the car. So more clarification as to what kind of swap you are doing will be required to give you a best answer.
Sorry I was looking at a 2.3L automatic and was wondering how hard it would be to swap to a 5.0 manual. After doing a search as mentioned i decided i should just keep my eyes out on a 5.0.
I can fumble through most mechanical issues but this sounds like it might be a little too much for me right now.
