is it rusted at the cross over? Mine rusted right out right there. I just replaced it with an X-pipe. I couldn't be happier, it sounds so much better, and it's quiter (from the inside of the car at least...)

Mine did the same thing. I took a piece of 2 1/2 pipe, a die grinder and a cut off tool and made a sleeve that fit over it perfectly. Then I had the muffler shop weld it up. The muffler shop tech was surprised; he said he had never seen such a thing. The fit was excellent and I saved buying a new Cat H pipe.

You get what you pay for. Generally, MAC products are at the low end of the expensive scale.

FWIW, my MAC headers have been on my car for about 9 years and have no rust to speak of, just the "bluish tint" that appeared shortly after installation. Other than that....no problems.

YMMV...I'm sure depending on where you live (snow, etc), rust may be more of an issue...
