im thinking about getting a throttle body soon and i was looking at Mac's and i was wondering if it is a good part or should i save up and get an accufab??

Dont get any T/B unless you install a intake plenum at the same time....You wont notice any diff with just the T/B
Save up like $390. and get the ACCUFAB 75mmThrottle body WITH the C&L intake "true Flow " Plenum.....you will then notice an increase in acceleration!

Get the Ford Racing 70mm or the Accufab 70mm. To REALLY feel those mods, get a 85mm MAF, and a quality intake. My inlet tube, filter, MAF, and pleneum are all from C&L. Its expensive, but the build quality is the best out there. Trust me, the stock inlet tube and filter are WEAK. Don't just do one at a time. Save up enough, and do it all together. It's easier on your computer (If you don't plan on changing it) to learn the new ratio's, plus it will make you feel like it was money well spent.

The stock MAF isn't THAT restrictive. The only reason aftermarket MAFs make power when you put them on is because they trick the car into running leaner.

Just drop a K&N in and be done with it. Unless you've got boost or an N/A monster, spending $$$ in front of the throttle body isn't worth it.
