i had the LT's installed quite a while ago. and for a couple of months i hadn't ordered the o2 sensor extensions. i was told that if the front o2 sensors aren't connected, that the car will not run the way it should be. and i guess its true.. because at certain rpm's the stang would buck back and forth. Especially around 44mph, if it is kept at a constant speed of 43-45 .
so i ordered the o2 extensions from Dallasmustang and finally put them on.
my SES light turned off, the stang runs alot smoother, and no more bucking back and forth.
if you guys don't have the front o2 sensors hooked up .. you should do it now. i'm going to run at the track tonight to see if the car really did improve as much as it feels.
oh.. and i didn't reset the computer (by disconnecting the battery), the car just adjusted i guess.
