Mach 460 Audio Wire Identification Help

Can someone identify these for me. I know what most of them are for but there seem to be doubles of a couple.

These are obviously for the HU:

These are for the CD changer except I don't know what the small connector is for:

These are the same as the ones for the CD changer except its missing the large connector:

I'm asking because I'm replacing the HU and there was an aftermarket one in there already but only the tweeters and the rear speakers seemed to be working. I couldn't hear any sound coming from the front door subwoofers on either side so I'm wondering if a connection was forgotten. I've looked at all the amplifiers and made sure nothings been tampered with. Could it have just been the crappy aftermarket head unit someone installed that bypassed the front subwoofers?

Do you wish to use the stock amp? If so, wouldn't you rather just want to know the pin outs for connector C284 (square radio) and C280 (Gray radio)?

Note, I have a 2000 GT with Mach 460 with aftermarket head unit. I purchased an aftermarket adapter plug for a Ford with Preimum sound. Using this adapter, build your own after market to stock converter plug. It really wasn't much more complicated than matching color for color. The only thinking to be done was how to handle the acc powered by the blue wire (items such as remote amp power on and remote antenna). I spliced both the amp and remote ant together.

Is it possible that you have forgotten about the remotely powered devices? The amp is expecting a +12 volt signal from the radio when the radio is on. This signals the amp to turn on. Otherwise, the amp would never turn on or the amp would stay on all the time draining the battery.

If you head unit supports pre-amp signaling, it should be able to interface with the stock amp thus saving a lot of problems re-wiring stuff. While not 100% sure, I think the part number is Metra 70-5511.
