Had an aftermarket deck for awhile now and have always had this problem but am finally going to try and fix it

When turning the car on, theres a loud "squeak" or sound of interference through the speakers, very loud. This was supposedly from different harnesses so I had ordered one specifically made to get rid of this noise.

It didn't work.

Anyone know a harness that does, or any other way to get rid of this sound?
