check it out... all 1/2" MDF (it's only about 40 lbs with these speakers in it)... holds two 12's (these are temporary til ups delivers the good stuff). I had to have a real system in the car because it's so loud you can't hear the factory stuff. and I had to get this in the car before I weld in my 8 point cage and add my new racing seats and new carpet kit... cause this can't be removed after the cage is put in.

yea... they are old kenwood house speakers... waitin on ups to bring my new subs and amp.

I like the setup...although I think it would be cleaner if it was flush with your backseats back...not sticking forward.

+1, I don't know if I would want the woofers that close to me. Might as well mount the amps and whatnot on top.
