I noticed that some guys have this combo. I already have a Magnaflow catback. I really like the classic muscle car sound it gives off. I'm looking to replace the midpipe. How does the car sound with the Magnflow catted "x"? I can't decide on what style of midpipe to get. I don't want a off road pipe. Thanks Pearl02.

I know the 4v sound a little different, but on my 03 cobra it sounded like a boat at idle, I went with a catted h on my gt with the magnaflow catback, another option might be the prochamber, giving you the benifits of the x and the musle car sound of the h

If you really like the classic Muscle car sound, look for H pipe or Prochamber. I had magnaflow and prochamber, and I think I saw boner on some old people with classic hotrod at car show

yup sounds like you are looking for a H-pipe or prochamber, but you might wanna consider off road because the magnaflow C/B ie fairly quiet compared to their magna packs

My combo sounds excellent to me. It doesn't sound anything like a kid's old 5.0 Mustang. The car has an expensive powerful sound. Not too loud until you get on it.
