Magnaflow Catted X-Pipe Concern...

Just noticed how close the top of the catalytic converter is to the body...on the driver's side. Barely 1/4" - 1/3" gap in a couple of spots. Passenger side looks fine. Have any of you had a problem with the floor getting too hot, or any other concerns with clearance on the catted X-pipes?

I've had mine on for 6+ months, haven't noticed a thing.

I just installed my catted Magnaflow X and I noticed the same thing....hopefully it won't cause problems.

I've noticed even with the stock pipe that the floor close to the tranny gets unbearably hot at times... Seems to happen randomly...
