One chamber flowmaters are loud. Magnaflow is good quality stuff. While mufflers have an impact on the exhaust note, a lot of it depends on the your combonation. Of course, some mufflers like the one chamber flowmasters dont offer a lot of back pressure, so you may get a "popping' exhaust.

I love my magnaflows. I installed them w/ my buddy who has flowmasters. He rode around in my car and loved the tone and deepness they provide. He wants to sell his and get magnaflows now. Of course I have heard his flowmasters and they are louder as far as sound, but don't sound as good IMO.

flowmaster... that's why everyone has them. They sound great. You don't here any kids whining because all the other kids eat Peanut Butter sandwitches and it's getting old.

I love my flowmasters and for being 8 years old and i think they're 50 series mufflers i think they still sound great. The only way i'm changing from flowmaster is if I go with bassani. Heres a sound clip if ya wanna hear.

well considering the car went from here where it was originally bought, to florida and then back again with 14 year old flowmasters with dumps it probably picked up water and ate it up.. when i bought it i pulled ht exhaust off to put my X on.. as i let down the mufflers rust came pooring out.. hell i'll take a pic once there off again

I tink what he try and say is dat they're aluminum mufflers...

Matter of fact people used to run water hoses into them when they had been run the first time to wear them in... I never bought into that but funny anyway
