Magnapack muffler Part# 14416

I bought these mufflers a year ago to replace my Magnaflow Muffers on my Magnaflow IRS catback. I decided not to put them on. My friend has A Magnaflow catback on his 98 gt and wants the Magnapack mufflers I have. Will it fit in his catback, his mufflers aren't welded on, he still using the clamps.
